2. Claims Policy

Pet Safe Abroad is committed to providing quick and fair claims processing.

  • Eligibility: Claims can be made for any covered medical event that occurs while your pet is abroad during the active coverage period.
  • Documentation Required:
    • Veterinary invoices and receipts
    • Proof of treatment (diagnosis or medical report)
    • Your policy number and pet details
  • Submission: Claims must be submitted by email to support@petsafeabroad.com.
  • Processing Time: Claims are usually reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receiving complete documentation.
